Celine Halioua is a 27-year-old female biotech founder developing life-extending technology for dogs, which someday, may become accessible for human use. This is because dogs are considered one of the best models of human aging. They develop the same age-related diseases humans do at approximately the same time in their lifespan. This technology could eventually expand into preventative medicine for age-related diseases. Instead of waiting for somebody to develop the disease and have to treat them for it, we would be able to delay or reduce the probability someone will develop a disease at all.
